very easy to install, the edges were kinda sharp so watch out, works perfectly, i would recommend it to anyone that needs it
Easy to use, Faster than big box
I ordered this after being unable to find the right item from Big Orange or Big Blue. The one I bought from Orange was flimsy. There are other options on Orange and Blue's website, but you must buy online and the lead time was longer. This one was great. I bought hose clamps at the store and installed this hose. I don't have a lot of space in my pantry/washroom, so I wish there was a shorter one. I'm sure if I really wanted to, I could have shortened it. But the hose came ready to slide on with slits already cut in it so laziness won out.
As flimsy as all the rest
I do not know why some folks found this product to be heavy duty and much better than those available at the big box stores but I found it to be as flimsy as all the rest with aluminum so thin to be hardly stronger than foil. It slipped off the dryer fitting twice and became damaged so easily that I found it unusable. Partly my own fault certainly but this is not a very robust product - and the one I received had a FSP label rather than a Whirlpool product label. Next time I will shop for industrial quality products; so many consumer products are just not what they used to be.
