Koblenz P-620 Upright Floor Machine

Great floor scrubber and buffer!
I designed a fun, graphic commercial vinyl tile floor for our kitchen and sunroom, having it professionally installed. The installer recommended purchasing an electric scrubber/buffer to maintain it, but I managed to manually maintain for a few years (that means many hours of crawling around on my hands and knees stripping wax makes for pretty sore knees and an aching back) before making the decision to invest in a floor machine.

I finally took the installer's advice and after researching floor machines for a few months, I decided to purchase the Koblenz P-620. It's wonderful. It's lightweight, very easy to install the brushes/scrubbers/buffing pads and it is so simple to use. I'm very pleased with the machine as a whole and highly recommend it to others. It has made a chore I used to dread, almost fun to do! Amazing!

The thing that swayed my decision toward the Koblenz P-620 was the brass parts(rather than plastic), the availability of replacement brushes and...

Floor polisher by Koblenz
I must admit, that with today's carefree floors, few need a floor polisher any more, but I have hardwood floors and my wife likes them clean, waxed and shiny. This product does it all, and without a whimper, the motor is quiet and strong enough and the unit is very light to move around or to carry, so I am one heck of a satisfied customer.

Beats waxing on your hands and knees
I have old hardwood floors that will eventually be refinished. In the mean time, paste wax protects and keeps them looking nice. I use the machine to put the paste wax on and then change to a buffing pad and buff the dried wax. The only complaint that I might mention is the pads sometimes come off and fly across the room. It's a little frustration compared to how difficult it would be to wax an entire house on my hands and knees.
