Brand X... can be a good thing!
The filters I bought for my new Samsung refrigerator were not those suggested by Samsung. They were, however, manufactured and presented as equivalents. I find that to be true. I am set for replacements for the next two years for less than $100. I am a happy camper.

I was sure it would do in because i had just removed the old filter. Then I sat the old filter (a DA29-00003B) and the new filter side by side on the counter. The WSS-1 was just a bit taller than the DA29. It wasn't much ... but just enough.
I need to change the filter, so I emptied the shelf, removed it from the refrigerator, installed...
