Too small
most of my standard sized wine bottles don't even fit. champagne bottles? forget it. This item is too cramped and you can't get bottles into it.
Dead on Arrival
The cooler arrived dead. That is not the worst of it. The return instructions made me upset. The seller suggested to have a professional to box the cooler back. I have to foot the bill!!!
Following is the quote; "NOTE: You must have all the original packaging to return this item. Returns received without the original packaging will be rejected and returned to the sender. Comparable boxing may be used, with prior approval by the phone representative when you reported your return request. Comparable boxing must be of sufficient quality to avoid any damage to the unit beyond what may have been reported. Professional boxing is recommended but not required."
Dual Zone and very attractive
This unit is very attractive to look at and works great. No noise temp stay steady and seems well made. I looked at many of these units and almost gave up, this one was priced right and just what I was looking for.
