A Point of Caution
Bissell says that the round pleated paper filter can be washed. DON'T DO IT! When replaced after a washing even after a thorough drying these filters stink. Use an air canister and air blow it to clean it.
No foam filter
I ordered this filter thinking that I would receive the inner pleated filter and the outer foam ring - but no such luck! I only received the inner pleated filter and no foam filter. Now I have to go search for the outer foam filter on its own. Picture and title are both misleading.
Terrible customer service!
Quite upset-they did not include the outer foam ring as pictured. I emailed them TWICE weeks ago about this issue, and did not hear anything back. I certainly will never purchase from them again, and recommend that you do not either. I received a generated email asking for positive feedback, stating "We're one of the few companies who actually strive for complete customer satisfaction". Funny
